I must say that this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were one of the best we have had thus far, offering a sofa bed and incredible comfort. However, there was a very strong food smell that lingered past 11 pm, which was a bit off-putting. The service was friendly, starting right from our late check-in at 9 pm. Still, I noticed that some crumbs were not properly cleaned, and there was some noise disturbance from other guests. The location couldn't have been better, being right across the street from Palomar Airport and only a short drive from Legoland. The dining experience was satisfying, with a variety of breakfast options, but there were no healthy alternatives available. On the downside, the to-go lunch was underwhelming, and the coffee machine in our room didn't work. Overall, a pleasant stay but not without a few minor issues.
